Cash on Delivery: Open your package at your doorstep. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product, simply refuse the parcel on the spot.

Prepaid Orders: If you are not happy with the product upon delivery, you can still return it right at your doorstep. Just contact our customer support, and we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours.

This service is exclusive in Pakistan, ensuring that you receive the quality you expect without any upfront risk.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Items that are used, damaged, or torn by the customer are not eligible for return.
